The 2021 DCLEMF Webstore is now open!

This year we will again be offering DCLEMF Memorial service shirts and logo items through our web store. The sale of these items help the foundation with it’s mission of remembering Fallen officers of Delaware County. We have opened the store early and plan to make items available for pick up immediately after the Memorial Service on May 5th, 2021. Deadline to place your order is April 11th, 2021. There is also the option to have items dropped off if you work or reside in Delaware County, or even have the items shipped directly to your home. All of the proceeds of this sale are used to support the DCLEMF mission.

“We Remember”

Remembering Chief Robert Sparks

It was a few years in the making, but patience paid off this morning for our 2nd vice president Dennis Daly. A hero plaque was dedicated to Chief Robert Sparks of the Glenolden Police Department who made the ultimate sacrifice 46 years ago today. March 25,1975. The plaque was placed in the same spot where Chief Sparks was shot and killed during a robbery. Rest In Peace Chief, “We remember”
