RIDE TO REMEMBER 2019

The 2019 Ride To Remember took place on Sunday September 29, 2019. The weather was awesome and the turnout was even better. We had well over 150 participate in the ride this year. We would like to thank our police escorts, the FOP Lodge 27 for their music and refreshments, and DA Kat Copeland for her kind and inspirational words. We would also like to thank the Centurions Motorcycle Club for their help in promoting the ride and their charitable part of the fundraiser. Finally, we would like to thank all the riders that have came out this years and all the years past to support our heroes!

911 Service “Never Forget”

On September 11, 2019, DA Kat Copeland joined law enforcement, elected officials and members of the community at Rose Tree Park to honor and pay respect to those whose lives were tragically lost on September 11, 2001. “For firefighters, police, and first responders, September 11th set a precedent for how we think about you,” said District Attorney Kat Copeland. “First-responders, with cast iron spines, selflessly rushing into disaster. While that has always been true, seeing the counter-intuitive flight into the heart of two steel infernos that day, you were our new heroes. You taught us lessons we would need to navigate the challenges of the coming darkness, and we are forever grateful for the sacrifices you’ve made to protect others.”               Thank you DA Copeland and County Council for never forgetting’
